2027 Fee Schedule for Australian students

Families wishing to spread school fee payments over a period of time can apply for an Edstart payment plan. You can reduce your repayment amounts with an extended plan over multiple years, up to five years after graduation.

College Uniform 

We are delighted to announce that, from January 2027, Concordia Lutheran College uniforms will be available at Hannas Department Store in the Toowoomba CBD.

This change will give families greater flexibility and convenience when purchasing uniforms, with a dedicated retail store open six days a week.

Hannas' trading hours are:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Hannas is located at 563-569 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba.

With extended trading hours, families will be able to shop at a time that best suits their schedules, making it easier to purchase uniforms throughout the year.

Here are some important things to know about this change to the Uniform Shop:

Closing Date

The final day of trading for the College's on-site Uniform Shop will be Friday 20 November 2026. From this date, uniform sales will transition entirely to Hannas, and no uniform items will be available for purchase on campus.

Donation of Second-Hand uniforms

The Uniform Shop will no longer be accepting second-hand uniforms. Families wishing to sell or give away pre-loved uniforms are encouraged to use the Facebook page called: Concordia (Toowoomba) Parents Buy, Sell and Swap School Uniforms.

Second-Hand Blazers

Anyone who has asked the Uniform Shop to sell a second-hand blazer can collect it from the Uniform Shop by 20 November. After this time, they will be donated and no longer available for collection.

We look forward to providing families with this enhanced service. Thank you for your support as we make this transition.

Book Lists

Book lists are available to purchase from the Browns Office Choice website. To select your booklists, choose either Junior (P-6), Middle (7-10) or Senior (11-12) and then select Concordia.

Computers

Students in the Junior College utilise class sets of computers for their schoolwork when necessary.

At Stephen Street Campus, a BYOD program is in place. Under this program, students in Years 7 to 12 may use a computer of their choice that aligns with our organisational specifications. View the BYOD Handbook.

Parent Lounge Web Portal

The Parent Lounge web portal has been introduced to give parents an opportunity to access their personal details and those of their student/s online. You will require your five-digit parent code to access Parent Lounge. Access Parent Lounge.

School TV

Because parenting doesn’t come with instructions, SchoolTV is a wellbeing resource that can support you in the challenges relating to modern-day parenting.

This award-winning resource helps build relationships, foster connections, enable understanding and break down barriers to navigate a pathway towards better mental health and wellbeing for young people. It can assist in starting conversations on topics that are sometimes awkward or difficult to tackle.

Instrumental Music

Instrumental music tuition is available to all students at the College on an individual lesson basis. Every student wishing to undertake music instruction must complete the CLC Music Tuition Contract 2027 form at the beginning of each year.

Bus Information

Concordia's bus services are run by Premier Queensland.
